Long Bumpy Beardy Road

It's been a long couple of months here. Things have been rocky at best, but we keep trucking. I hate it when I feel focused on the bumps in the road, but they are there and only God knows why, so I can't deny them. But we must keep our spirits high or we shall fail. The last time we were swimming around blind in the waters of unemployment, we decided it would be fun to measure our time in the murky situation by the length of Josh's beard. So it's become a little game we play when he gets into bad work situations. Or rather bad UNwork situations I suppose. The last time we played the How Long Can You Grow (your beard) Game, we documented his beard at this length (click here). Now, pardon me for laughing while I write this, but when you see that old post, remember that we were in a very poor situation and thought that things were pretty darn bad at the time. I remember seeing how long his beard was back then and thinking, "Wow! I can't believe how long your beard is!" Fast forward to today. After seeing the previous beard project, you are going to think I've doctored his current beard with photoshop. But alas, it is not so. This is The Beard (it deserves capitaliztion as it is no longer just a beard, but rather an entity of it's own creation) one month ago:

Think that's crazy? Hah! This is The Beard as of tonight. Yes. I put it in three dwarf-like ponytails...laughing all the way:

Sooo...yeah...The Beard is fierce. The Beard is crazy. The Beard is back...and it's getting bigger.

Why can't I stop laughing at this?? The Beard...lol. Too funny.
