Happy Mother's Day

I'm blessed to have a super awesome relationship with my mom. I hope and pray that my daughter and I will have the same relationship that I have with her. I know that the bond between a mother and a child is a strong one and I know that now more than I did before I had children of my own. The bond between mother and daughter is especially strong the older the daughter gets. Lucky for me, my mom is not only just my mom, but she's one of the greatest friends I could ask for. I honestly don't know what I would do without her. At the drop of a hat, she'd do anything for her children and the love she has for us shows in her eyes, through thick or through thin. And when I got married, I was also blessed with a wonderful Mother-in-law and I'm glad she's in my life. I know that today she missed having her daughter here to spend Mother's Day together as they are separated by an ocean. She must be one strong mom to have her daughter so far away.
